At the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, implemented a virtual platform for all government and commission meetings, hosted virtual town halls, and developed a marketing plan for the city’s new virtual services and kiosk corner in the lobby aimed at reducing face to face contact between employees and citizens.• Coordinated and moderated key Census events aimed at our under-represented population from the 2010 Census, including a LIVE virtual, bilingual Census program. Combined with targeted messaging on multiple platforms, the 2020 Census count has exceeded the previous count.
