At Altimus is was reference in the team when it came to frontend development. I was responsible for architectural changes, easing development and creating reusable code to make development feel like plug and play. A few achievements:- The project was being slowly converted to functional programming. I reworked our most important files to be functional and brought them down from thousands of lines to a few hundred.- Creation of a fully customizable dashboard. Users can move cards around, filter data and create their own unique dashboard that fits their need.- I refactored our code structure to make the process of creating new screens easier. That brought the base time for a new feature from ~2h down to ~40min.-

• Our team was tasked with testing and proving an algorithm that detected dementia and Alzheimer by comparing gray and white matter in brain MRI scans.• Digital image processing (cleaning MRI images to remove skull and eyes from the images and adding noise to test the algorithm)
