Jamie was always willing to listen and truly investigate into any issue I had. He not only asked the right questions but was very personable which made me more at ease when describing problems. Jamie was also very open and responsive to ideas and/or suggestions when I needed a new venue or report from within the system. It was quite refreshing to work with someone so knowledgeable yet so approachable never once dismissing my issues (even when they were discovered to be operator error).
