Kerry brought an elite level of organization and functional systems to our youth ministry. As a volunteer youth leader at the church for many years, Kerry was a breath of fresh air! He kept his volunteer leaders well equipped, well informed, and well supported. He followed through with everything he promised, did all the heavy lifting, and our ministry was never more organized than with Kerry! This helped us be much more effective leaders, because we could keep our students informed and then focus on being with them and knowing them. The students felt like they could trust the ministry and thus felt comfortable bringing friends and getting more involved. Kerry is a straight shooter, which I appreciate so much! He is also loads of fun for both leaders and students. The icing on the cake is his awesome wife and children!

I can honestly say that as a Student Minister at GBC I've never seen someone immerse himself in his student's lives like Kerry did.
