An excellent Business Improvement Sponsor that enabled & empowered the workforce to implement change for itself..

Sir Donald Spiers

John has done an outstanding job as the CEO of the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium in what has been a difficult time for the defence and aerospace industry. He has kept in close touch with the needs of the membership and introduced many new training and business opportunity events. He has reorganised and motivated the FAC staff and maintained strict financial control of the consortium operation. He has also forged excellent links with politicians and senior officials in MOD and BIS and been a leading light in setting up the new Local Economic Partnerships in line with Government policy.
