I supervised Gayathri for around one year time. She has excellent research skills, is an articulate communicator, thinks logically, develops creative solutions to complex problems and works well on a team. She is detail oriented and passionate about coding. Her programs are always top quality with less bugs. She understands the value of testing and takes the time to test and retest before releasing a software program to a client.

Gayathri and I graduated together and afterwards have worked alongside each other at Ridgecrest. She is a responsible individual who has proven time and again in her ability to shoulder any task with less or no guidance. As a pioneering member of the first Android project at Ridgecrest, she has shown her ability to take up any challenge and to work under pressure with a positive outlook at all times. Her ability to deliver on time and to push herself to maintain the rigor and the quality of the end deliverable is exceptional. Undoubtedly she's a great team player who showed a lot of character when it comes to helping out anyone in the team. Gayathri is surely an asset to a company and I highly recommend her and would love to work with her again.
