DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Analyse issues arising with the functionality and use of CIT’s student administration system (the Banner application). Aid in the design and documentation of solutions, including assisting with projects to achieve system modifications and enhancements. Assist in the design of testing procedures and work with both users and the Banner technical team to implement these to ensure accuracy of changes to the Banner system. Assist with the provision of user support services to all Banner stakeholders. Assist with the development, maintenance and production of standard and ad-hoc reports to clients of all levels.
