As the Senior Program Manager working within the Customer Solutions team at NSP, I have responsibility for leading the implementation of the Time-Varying Pricing (TVP) Initiative which will introduce a number of innovative new rate structures (time-of-use and critical peak pricing) to customers. In parallel, and in support of these innovative new rate structures, I am also responsible for the implementation and launch of a Customer Energy Management (CEM) application. The CEM application is an innovative digital application that uses smart meter data to provide customers with a hyper-personalized digital experience and enables NSP and customers to make data-driven energy decisions. This position provides strategic leadership, program management and oversight of the overall execution of the TVP and CEM solutions.
