  As the Mindfulness and Meditation lead a major project was to develop and implement organisation wide training that would ensure staff had a comprehensive understanding of Mindfulness & Meditation to enable it to filter into the entire customer experience. This included development of a staff specific mindfulness program, comprehensive dossiers on monthly mindfulness themes and attitudes and a committed approach to educating whole of business on science based mindfulness approaches. Other roles and responsibilities included: Management of the Meditation Line of Business - Co lead of the Happy Melon Aro Ha Retreat, development and implementation of mindfulness teachers manual, teaching weekly meditation classes, timetable development and management, staff management, responding to client queries and feedback Corporate Business Development and Program Delivery - delivery of workshops, keynotes, executive coaching and mindfulness based programs to clients across the FMCG, Education, Government and Professional Services industries. Co development and facilitation of the Happy Melon 20/30HR Yoga Teacher Training Immersion - delivery of a series of seminars aimed as assisting yoga teachers to be better equipped for the business of yoga and assisting them to overcome barrier to being the best, most authentic teachers they can be.
