Boston HERC equips first generation to college students to achieve a higher education, break the cycle of poverty and become agents of change in the community. The Boston HERC provides coaching, and college and career advising, for 1st generation students from 9th grade through their post-secondary journey. The Boston HERC awakens vision and purpose in the lives of its participants, equipping them to realize their potential to transform lives and communities.
