Sally is the consummate professional who works hard and cares deeply about outcomes and deliverables but never at the sake of relationships or being respectful and kind. Her sharp intelligence is matched by her unflagging positivity, and great sense of humor. Working with Sally at the Gates Foundation at a time of significant growth and need for more robust systems to support our investment programs, I saw Sally deftly handle uncertainty both to her superiors but also in management of the grants team. While I have not worked with Sally directly since, she's a woman who can handle anything and I recommend her without reservation. There's a difference between working with someone and working for someone. While I worked with Sally, it would be a privilege to work for her. Hire her as a coach and you'll get a person who truly cares about your success, listens intentionally, and won't shy away from honest conversations to help you achieve your goals.

Sally is a powerful, intuitive and skilled coach. When I worked with Sally, she listened deeply to everything I was struggling with and asked highly insightful questions that allowed me to navigate through to my own answers. She used not only her hard coaching skills - helping me to see things from a different perspective and offering guidance based on decades of experience, but also her unique ability to hear what I wasn’t saying. Sally has an incredible ability to intuit what people are seeking and experiencing and to use that in her coaching practice. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an expert coach to develop and grow in their chosen area.
