For the whole time I worked with Mark he has been learning and teaching. He first became intimately familiar with the Pinger code base, and then set off to write a sub system for In App Purchases. During that time he found out what would make his work more effective and shared his learnings with the team in demos and talks that he gave. He was able to pull the team into new directions and helped us build the product faster and better. He did extensive research into testing and was instrumental in building out our unit and acceptance test suites that didn't exist before he joined. Mark is always positive and helpful. He like to cooperate, teach and move the state of the art forward. He is a great addition to any team to reach a higher level of productivity. I would not hesitate to hire him for any development position.
