Developing them, coaching and improving their performance. He also has the courage to take decision that are not easy having in mind the success of the company and being fair to the people under his supervision. Trust. André is a role model. Capable of leading an organization based on his integrity and conduct that aligned with his strong intellect delivered strong and sustainable results. On a personal note it was a pleasure to work and learn from André. I will miss seeing his daily smile and good mood even in the toughest situations.
