      I co-founded Snaffling Pig in 2014. A true passion project, it started with a desire to turbo charge something we’d grown up with – the humble, but awesome pork scratching, and open it up to a whole new audience as a result. As It turned out, a lot of people shared our passion, and via a successful appearance on Dragons’ Den, the product is now nestled in thousands of on-trade venues, nationally listed with several of the countries leading food retailers and a leading food gifting brand both online and in leading department stores (Yes, it’s us that makes the infamous Pork Scratching Advent Calendar).At a product level we used flavours and formats to set ourselves apart, and then set about creating a brand that breathed life into what was a forgotten category. Whilst, as with any start up, you get involved with pretty much everything, it was the brand that was primarily my focus, and to be honest, a piggin’ obsession. In a role that straddled CMO and Creative Director, I led all creative output from the brand from scratch, including:• Briefing and directing all packaging, photography & comms across the entire 100+ SKUs, including 2 rebrands. • Developing our TOV, including writing all copy for the brand from back of pack to our presentation scripts for Dragons Den. • Management of multi agency relationships, delivering near on 100 briefs in 2017. • Creation and management of all out bound comms, across paid, owned and earned channels. • Building and leading of category leading social media presence. • Creating a leading F&B online gifting business on both our site and with strategic partnersAnd, whilst it’s not all about awards, it’s nice to know other people appreciate what you do.       I founded Cubo Digital as an agency start up in partnership with the Cubo Group in late 2009. As MD I was strategic lead for the business and fully responsible for the operational direction. I was very fortunate to hire some wonderful people along the way and together we won some great clients and delivered some cracking work. We were featured in the drum Top 100 digital agencies in early 2011. Although we initially built it as a stand alone, pure play digital agency, we were very aware that the market was beginning to look towards a more integrated approach and took the decision to fully integrate into a single Cubo Group offering in late 2011. Post the integration; I took a group wide role leading digital, whilst working as part of the senior management team.
