      For this private-public partnership, oversaw the creation of seminal sustainability guidelines for the 92-acre development known as Battery Park City. Work resulted in buildings and open space achieving the highest levels of sustainability by requiring such things as blackwater treatment, rainwater collection, cogen, fresh/filtered air, photovoltaics, and high energy savings.
