My role at Silva Homes involves the full coordination of all training courses both internally and externally. With an employee base of 230 people we are averagely running between 3 and 10 courses per month. Training needs are identified through an annual appraisal process and based on mandatory and job enhancing requirements. It is my responsibility to identify the individuals for training, research training providers, book the tutors and meeting areas, raise purchase orders, invite delegates… Show more My role at Silva Homes involves the full coordination of all training courses both internally and externally. It is my responsibility to identify the individuals for training, research training providers, book the tutors and meeting areas, raise purchase orders, invite delegates, manage the facilities, report and summarise course evaluations and manage an employee wide training matrix. As part of the Human Resources team at Silva Homes, I also provide ad-hoc administration support to my colleagues for a variety of personnel tasks.
