I was psyched to work with Colleen the very first time I sat in a room with her. It was instantly apparent that she was really smart, focused, efficient and passionate. Not only did that all prove to be true, but she was also really collaborative, sincere, a good judge of creative work and a great presenter. But that's not why I'd recommend her most. I'd recommend her because she has integrity and, in a business that doesn't always promote it as the most important attribute, she is just plain nice.
