It has been my distinctive pleasure to have Kelley Deitemeyer on our team for the last several months. Kelley is your new, full-service administrative superstar and project coordinator. Not only does she quickly learn any new process, she works with a dedicated focus that helps those around her also achieve greater results in the office. Kelley has initiative in spades. For example, I tasked her to create a complete Operations Manual, documenting the processes that our team carries out for accounts payable / receivable, filing and for operating the administrative side of our trucking operations--a very substantial project. Her work on this project was beautiful done. Not only did she accurately fulfill the parameters of the project, she humbly accepted feedback that made her work especially for our team's day-to-day operations. I am inspired to grow professionally based on her passion for doing great work, far beyond what is simply expected of her. As an employee I found her very coachable, willing to follow any direction I set for her, and also willing to provide constructive feedback that has helped me be a better leader for her.
