I had the opportunity to manage Nic for 3 years. He was very dedicated to his role and open to learning. He was a leader on the Implementations team and helped new trainers learn the role. He was always willing to pitch in whenever something needed to be done and was motivated to raise the bar in everything he did. He brought great ideas to the team and was always looking for ways we could be better. I always appreciated his ability to stay calm, listen and provide feedback when needed. He has a calming and positive presence even during stressful times. He was a pleasure to have on the team and to be able to mentor him to the next level.
