    • Research Assistant: Leadership in a Leaderless Time
      • Sep 2020 - Jan 2021

For this role I worked with Dr Melanie Garson on her project "Leadership for a Leaderless Time". My primary task was to analyse transcripts of speech by important political actors and activists from 1950s and 1960s, using the qualitative data analysis software Nvivo. I would use the platform to draw out the values that were said to be important to leadership. These themes were then coded and presented to Dr Garson. I would also pitch ideas concerning which value should be featured in project next. Once the decision had been made upon which value we would write about, I would perform conceptual analysis and literature reviews on these themes. Show less
