In my time with EEC I had the privilege of working alongside Javier on several significant projects that were strategic initiatives of the firm. Javier was a critical asset to the team and had consistently gone above and beyond expectations of what his typical role included. He's one of the most resourceful people I've ever worked alongside and I can say with confidence without him on our team, the end goals wouldn't have been attainable. I personally saw Javier grow from someone who was hired to assist with IT needs, to someone who ultimately ended up resolving all of our teams technology needs while also firmly grasping the business. He was able to bridge the gap between IT capabilities and business needs. Finding someone who can connect IT capabilities with business needs and have his degree of IT knowledge and experience is a major advantage to any organization. He always found ways to keep projects within budgets, deliver out of the box ideas when projects would stall, and manage others with a great deal of respect and patience. It was truly a pleasure to work with this man and I would highly recommend his work to any employer or individual.
