Dave and his team worked with the company that I work for more than the 15 years that I have known him.       Responsibilites include:Hire, manage and train team of project Estimators,Designers and an IS/Administrator. Review and evaluate all large project opportunities to determine feasibility of completion and compliance with corporate sales objectives.Develop strategies and tactics for selling VWR's large project capabilities. Provide leadership to the Furniture Specialists for conflict resolution between VWR, the trades, and the customer. Establish team goals and develop strategies and tactics to achieve. Negotiate and select appropriate manufacturers and suppliers to support large project completion. Work with VWR legal department and NCO on effective contract development and compliance. Travel to job sites to periodically meet with customers to review expectations as well as progress of installation. Develop new procedures to improve estimating return rates and improve overall project profitability. Develop new procedures to improve the accuracy, details and efficiency within the Design department.
