It is now the largest specialist legal IT consultancy in Europe. I joined the board of the new company as Finance Director. I capitalised on my business experiences thus far and spent over nine years designing and implementing practice management systems, time capture systems, expense capture systems, client relationship management systems, document management systems, knowledge management systems and workflow. Industry qualifications achieved included Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, DBA, Autonomy and project management (Prince 2 Practioner). Ressoft was eventually acquired for a mixture of share options and cash by Tikit (TIK: listed) on 11 February 2005.
