He is always up for assisting his students, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses and guiding them for a better performance in campus placement activities. He goes above and beyond to resolve any problem, thinks through his methods and always has more than one back up solution. I am sure he will be an asset wherever he works.

Pramith Sir is a hard-working self-starter who invariably understands exactly what the job is all about from the outset, and how to get it done quickly and effectively. He is highly respected, as both a person and a professional, by colleagues & employees. He is a keen observer and leaves no leaf unturned to achieve his goal. He has always been a motivating factors for all the students. He is very popular among students due to his friendliness and helpful nature. He has played an extensive role in setting up the NCC Unit in the college and I have observed from his peer groups that the regions look up to him for all critical assignments. I had the opportunity to report to him since he was my ANO in NCC. He has not only motivated us during college but also post college life he has always been guiding us. He is a multi talented person always guiding his peers, colleagues and subordinates. He is the best career mentor any student could ever get. He is also very approachable. His knowledge on current technological advancements is also which I have appreciated. He was also commissioned as a Lieutenant in NCC by Indian Army. As I said, he is multitalented, being a good Management consultant to a commissioned officer and what not, there is nothing Pramith Sir can not do.
