I found Ghazanfar as one of the most honest, dedicated, result oriented and supportive professionals while serving together in BAT's IT Services. Ghazanfar is second to none as far as his leadership qualities blended with his 'easy to be with' managerial style is concerned. He thoroughly consists of both the project delivery and service management skills while being very polite and positive but firm regarding delivering on desired quality, costs and timelines. An amazing team player, one whom the team would always be more than willing to report to and support. An expert in handling complex situations and problems. I personally rate him one of the best in industry based on both his personal and professional traits. I'm sure my very dear that you are an asset for any organization you would be a part of. Wish you all the best. Stay blessed and as positive as you are.

There are very few I know who can bring out 'wow' factor on every thing they do both personaly and professionaly. The one who stands on top of the list is one and only Mr. Ghazanfar.

I first met Ghazafar in 2004 during the discussions for the development of the BATLeaf system. He struck me as a driven character who knew what he wants and would always aim for his goal. His dedication to the team and his drive to keep all the team together when we struggling through the BATLeaf Boot Camp was a spirit I very much enjoyed. His attention to detail and systemic order of processes ensured that whatever he laid his hands on was done right and done right the first time. This trait is one that will always stand out for him and while he has since moved on other things - Marketing in Pakistan Tobacco and beyond - we have remained close and I can confidently refer to him as a confidant and brother. As a member of the Leaf Solution Delivery Team in Kuala Lumpur for the BAT GSD team Ghaza has maintained constant high standards of attention to detail and meticulous delivery. This no-nonsense with a smile approach has helped him build a network within and without the BATLeaf community. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any role in project management and analysis, systems design and developments and solution delivery and implementation.
