I recognized a dearth in a niche market and capitalized on the opportunity by creating culturally relevant shirts and marketing them to expatriates living in Korea. Together with Ken Kaiser, I designed a website and marketing strategy which eventually led to so much business that I had to hire several employees. I managed a team of three employees who were responsible for internet bookings, web design, and casting. I oversaw all financial transactions, negotiated salaries for models, arranged for routine meetings to recruit new clients, and managed our advertising campaign.
