In the year that I have had the pleasure of working with Robin, I very much appreciated his drive, experience and good-naturedness. Robin was for me a great asset in the Business Analysis team for the CRM program. The environment in which we collaborated on projects was complex and dynamic, Robin however never looses sight of the targeted results and makes sure to take the stakeholders along throughout the process. If opportunity arises I would certainly add another chapter to working with Robin.
