The impact Bob has had on my career cannot be overstated. He originally hired me as a freelance feature writer for the Oconomowoc Enterprise in spring 1994, and more than a year later hired me again to the full-time assistant editor position. Everything I've done throughout my career can be traced back to those two events and what Bob both saw in me and taught me. Bob is an excellent editor an an excellent teacher. To this day, I still draw on journalistic lessons he taught me back in the mid-1990s, which I have passed on in my mentorship of junior team members, so his impact reverberates. Finally, Bob is the kind of team leader that I aspire to be - driven, objective-focused, but willing to help his team achieve their personal goals. I endorse Bob without equivocation.

It is my distinct honor and privilege to provide Bob Van Enkenvoort this endorsement. Bob worked for me for nearly two years as the Managing Editor on two award-winning engineering and technology publications, most recently as the BRTRC Technology Marketing Group Publications Manager. During his tenure as the Managing Editor for accelerate Magazine and GVSET News (Ground Vehicle Systems Engineering & Technology), he displayed exemplary attention to detail, superb magazine management and production skills, and expert creative synergy in managing day-to-day operations. Likewise, his strategic focus and execution was always on target in delivering the highest quality production standards and thematic content. A consummate communications professional, Bob's extensive journalism expertise and detailed understanding of magazine and newspaper production processes allowed him to build and execute state-of-the-art multimedia platforms and exploit interactive social media networks to increase subscribership among key target audiences, create information conduits for dialogue between authors and readers, and deliver unparalleled news and information quickly to a highly educated, focused and demanding demographic. Bob's customer-centric orientation, leadership and willingness to go the extra mile helped this organization deliver cutting-edge periodicals to our executive leaders, stakeholders and collaborative partners.
