I completed my training on March 4, 2020 and served ~70 hospital clients through the early stages of the pandemic, resulting in >98% client retention, but very few gains. Pandemic Parenting became my priority and I resigned from Press Ganey after one year to focus on family balance and flexible client work via Broad Ripple Group.
