As QAC Coordinator in CNCEC (CNCE7), Most of responsibility need to ally with Test Pack Department and reports to Site Quality Manager for Quality Control activities and to the Construction Manager and Project Manager for Construction activities. Responsibilities included to determine what tests will be needed and limit of tests test and deadline for tests. Advise Construction engineers, if needed. Coordinate numbering of tests issued by Construction Department. Make sure tests including permits, drawings, and instruments documentation are delivered perfectly and help monitor passing tests out and work together with Testing Engineers for this task. Follow up , monitor and report on daily and weekly progress of Tests. Coordinates on achievement of the test circuits completion as defined in the project plans and schedules by commissioning team. Monitoring the field construction completion activities in an orderly manner according to construction system commissioning priorities. Organise weekly coordination meetings with Construction personnel such as Engineers, Inspectors, Supervisors, and internal site organization, in a perspective of an overall optimisation. Report on progress of work and statistical data to Construction Manager and Project Manager. Involved in various departments including Construction Department, Safety Department, Documents Control Department for testing & isolation packages, engineering drawing archives, and QAC Department for QAC documentation as QCF and Punch Lists and etc records. and other related work required by company.
