I had the pleasure of working with Bharath at Credit Sesame for more than 2 years. I supported Bharath’s several product initiatives as the product analytics lead and observed his significant contribution to Credit Sesame’s products and its user growth. Bharath has been one of the most data-driven product leaders I have ever worked with. He has the ability to digest data insights and convert them to product strategy immediately. His product initiatives created a significant revenue impact, with improved customer retention and engagement. He not only optimized the signup flow for the new users but also built a new end-to-end user experience for the lapsed/resurrected users. Bharath with his team also built the Credit Marketplace, the main driver of monetization, from ground up. Lastly, he started the mobile app adoption initiative which became a key strategic goal for Credit Sesame. Bharath is obsessed with the customer and is an excellent collaborator as he coordinated with leaders across the organization to shape the vision and to deliver high impact work.
