Karen was very detailed oriented, her paperwork was the great. If there was ever any doubt Karen would ask questions. She took good care of her customers. Both before and after the sale even if they weren't buying from her. Karen has a heart of gold. I enjoyed working with her. If her customers called her she didn't pass them off she followed through an took care of them. Sometimes she brought it to me which was fine but I liked the fact she wasn't a sales rep that sold it and left it.
