  As a Customer Experience Advisor I worked with 18 TD Canada Trust branches in the Ottawa South District. I worked alongside branch staff observing their customer interactions and provided them with coaching on how to improve the Customer Experience. I also provided reporting and feedback to branch managers on my findings.

  As the Branch Manager at the Brockville Shopping I coached the team to obtain outstanding results. During my time there I was able to move the branch into the top 25% quartile of branches in the Ontario North East Region in 2008. Because of this achievement I attended the TD Champions Awards Program which was held in California. This was the second time in my career as a branch manager that I attended this event for my achievements.

  As the Branch Manager in the Smiths Falls branch I coached the team to obtain outstanding results. We strived to provide a legendary customer experience. During my time there I was able to achieve a top 25% quartile finish for the branches in the Ontario North East Region in 2005. Because of this achievement I attended the TD Champions Awards Program which was held at Atlantis in the Bahamas. This was my first year as a branch manager and also my first time to attend this event.

  I started my carreer with Canada Trust as a Customer Service Representative. I progressed into Advice positions and optained my PFP designation while working with the bank. I was fortunate to be part of a program during the merger of the two banks where I worked at the local TD Branch for 6 months during the merger. After that I became the Manager of Financial Services where I worked as a Coach to the advice team helping them obtain their various goals, and writing their semi and annual reviews.

  At 20 years of age I was the owner of a successful Sports Trading Card store. In my first year of operation I had over $250,000 in sales and had 6 employees.
