Kaimen showed excellence is his commitment to his work, his initiative and his ability to anticipate next steps. He also exceeded expectations with his ability to learn quickly. In his time here, he has been able to proceed with tasks and move forward large projects with minimal and sometimes nebulous input from me or other members of management. With that said, he has done an excellent job of balancing that initiative with knowing when to ask for further direction. I would like to keep Kaimen on with our company, but the nature of the work on which we had hired him has run its course and our strategic direction will not allow us to retain him. This is a great loss for our firm. Kaimen would be a great addition to any organization because of his conscientiousness, intelligence and determination.
