Scott led a strategic project for us. The objective of this project was to develop an eContract solution with a 3rd party vendor. Scott quickly adapted and learned a new process that he wasn't familiar with. In his capacity as project manager, Scott created and maintained a comprehensive project plan that included technical and business tasks and internal and external tasks. Scott did a nice job of leading and coordinating all project activities. Scott has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Scott is able to coordinate activities across functional boundaries and within all levels of an organization. Scott is a positive person. This, along with Scott’s administration skills, makes him an effective meeting facilitator.

During my search for a new position I served on the following teams:- Leadership and Planning Team- Backup Leader for IT SIG- Sound, Light, and Video TeamOne of most memorable experiences while being part of this Networking group was when I managed a project that provided free software training using Microsoft C# to unemployed individuals. Managed software lifecycle for 4 Remedy applications — moved applications to Sharepoint, eliminating the need to purchase additional software licenses to bring applications to current supported version.Managed tablet selection project by securing and analyzing feedback from a subset of field reps, resulting in implementation of technology that offered better stand-up detailing with customers. Reduced network disruptions in Puerto Rico from several per week to 0 by facilitating central services hardware fixes.Simplified help desk environment and reduced support costs by transitioning field sales help desk analysts from local to global Remedy application.Introduced cost-effective electronic contracting process for speaker engagements that eliminated as much as $100,000 in annual shipping, printing, and labor expenses. The grocery business is about customer service and there are many choices where customers can shop. I engaged with customers as I bagged, checked out their purchases, and loaded into their automobiles. As I progressed through the ranks, as a part-timer, I led a team of individuals to process (prepare new grocery stock for night shift to stock) the current grocery stock that could be ~1500-2000 cases several times a week.
