Rebecca can hear people with real interest. It means that she respects other people backgrounds/life history/ideas. This is smart, this is beautiful and is connected to a better world with less inequality. This is one of the reasons that makes Bec ready for the future in advance.

Stephen Bowen

Rebecca has led the initiation and subsequent scale of the Telstra Connect from a small start-up team to more than 100 team-members across Australia and Globally. Under her leadership the product has grown from an early MVP with a handful of customers to more than 8,000 B2B organisations in less than two years, whilst supporting a team culture that that has remained tight and high performing and which any start-up or digitally native organisation would be envious of. The product has successfully transformed Telstra and more importantly customer experiences and has been established as a platform to achieve much more. She brings a wealth of knowledge in digital product management and innovation, but is ultimately led by her core values, open to feedback and strives to improve and grow every day.
