As a Co-Founder of LB Specialist Recruitment, I have worked in partnership with the MD to build this business from the start. My position as Operations Director is multifaceted. Thus far, I have been a part of the following: Starting off with the business plan, 3 year forecasts, actual financials and projected financials. Then creating and implementing all the internal and external policies & procedures, and paperwork from application forms, to client brochures and timesheets. Creating the website and social media to attract the highest calibre of candidates to our specialist areas. Setting up all elements of safeguarding to ensure that each and every candidate placed with our clients is 100% safeguarded as this is paramount in the industries we work in. Source office space to establish and create the entrepreneurial culture we envisage to move the business forward. Implement the marketing and advertising campaign.Start 360 recruitment to develop clients and candidates to start to grow the business. This includes sourcing clients, candidates and all compliance. As the business grows, I will recruit to grow the teams. We believe in home-grown talent and I will personally train and develop each new colleague at the business.
