I lead the group toward internationalization.I have a strong electrical and power plants background and the knowledge of relevant international regulation .I have and extensive knowledge of process analysis, graphical analysis, statistical tools and other observation techniques to analyze workflow, operation sequences, facility layout, and information systems. I have project managed over $400 million for many international clients .
