      Productos Deportivos SA (Laken) is a company dedicated to the manufacture of bottles and other reusable containers with more than 100 years of experience. In fact, at the end of 2023 we will be 111 years old! Throughout these 11 decades, Laken has sold its bottles (first in aluminium, and later also in stainless steel - thermal and non-thermal - and Tritan) through various channels. Since a few years ago, of course, the product is also sold online. My job at Laken is to manage the digital universe of the company at all levels, from the most strategic to the purely executive, and of course to grow the brand and sales in all online channels. This means planning and implementing the company's digital strategy, i.e. managing e-commerce (including SEO and SEM actions), social networks and marketplaces where we are present, as well as opening and developing new ones. In addition, I carry out various tasks beyond the digital sphere: sponsorships, general brand strategy, contact with the media, support to the marketing areas of some clients, content generation in general... The goal is to make high-quality reusable bottles and other containers available to customers all over the world for the care of themselves and the environment, positioning the brand as a benchmark for sustainability in the market. All texts were written in English and then translated into the corresponding languages according to the country. The catalogue had an editorial format more similar to a beauty and fashion magazine than a retail catalogue, which implied the challenge of finding the right balance between sales arguments and valuable content.
