Responsibilities include: - Input, review, produce and maintain detailed infrastructure asset data using mapping, drawings, and database standards for current and new capital assets; - Research, analyze, and maintain data, standardization, and ensure acceptable accuracy of the data; - Provide technical support for the development of protocols, procedures, and analysis of asset data; - Prepare and manipulate data and reports (analytical, financial, statistical, and inventory) related to the City's Asset Management Plan; - Assist with the development, implementation, updating, and maintenance of the City's Infrastructure Asset Management Plan; - Research, analyze, and report on all new Infrastructure Assets, and associated capitalization and cost allocation data, to the City Finance department in accordance with the City's financial reporting requirements; - Responds to inquiries and requests concerning infrastructure asset data and mapping from internal customers, the public, other levels of government, regulatory agencies, consultants, and contractors; and - Produces and maintains maps, plans, drawings, and schedules.
