I've had the pleasure of managing and working with Tom directly for 2 years. During that time, Tom quickly established himself as a major presence and culture ambassador of the office through his daily hard work and infectious personality. I leaned on Tom regularly, not only for his consistent top performance in driving new business into the organization, but also as an early adopter for new process, a sounding board for the sales org as a whole in his seat on the VP Council, and leader I can count on to advise any new hires or underperforming peers. Tom's presence was greatly missed from the floor after he left the organization. Tom is a 10/10 for any sales organization seeking a top performer who can engage a mature sales cycle while owning the "leadership from within" role so essential to high growth sales environments.
