  EN: During this year I worked hard in the Style Centre of Cifa with the aim of creating new side carters for the all terrain crane 1000 / RTC500 (Zoomlion Cifa Europe division). In addition to this, I worked on the side carters of the new K47H and K36L-5 Truck Pumps. Creation of synoptic plates and everything related to graphic design and renders.IT: Durante quest'anno ho lavorato duramente nel Centro Stile di Cifa con l'obiettivo di creare nuovi carter laterali per le gru ATC1000 / RTC500 (divisione Zoomlion Cifa Europe).   EN: Consultant in design and production of commissioned items. My projects ranged from scale cars for the luxury static modelling sector (commissions from professional drivers in the reproduction of their own scale race prototypes), to fixed model exhibitions (an example is the Eni oil rig made for a fireworks). I followed the design of industrial valves for a modelling company in the Varese area (reverse engineering of cores and castings, or CAD design from technical drawings) and in the field of 'fashion design' the production of rubber bracelets for a well-known company in the sector. I have collaborated with the likes of SIDI (a well-known cycling shoe company) for the production of some prototypes and clients from Switzerland. IT: Consulente in progettazione e produzione di articoli su commissione. I miei progetti spaziavano dalle auto in scala per il settore del modellismo statico di lusso (commissioni da parte di piloti professionisti nella riproduzione dei propri prototipi di gara in scala), alle esposizioni fieristiche di plastici (un esempio è l’impianto petrolifero Eni realizzato per una fiera di settore). Seguivo la progettazione di valvole industriali per una modelleria del varesotto (reverse engeneering di anime e fusioni, oppure progettazione CAD da disegno tecnico) e nel settore “fashion design” la produzione di braccialetti in gomma per una nota azienda di settore. Ho collaborato con aziende del calibro di SIDI (nota azienda di scarpe da ciclismo) per la realizzazione di alcuni prototipi e clienti provenienti dalla Svizzera. Show less

  EN: Production of aftermarket parts in the automotive sector. Role of Junior Designer in the R&D department; I worked closely with the team to bring cutting-edge products to the market. I performed daily 3D scans through the Edge measuring arm, equipped with the Laser Line Probe scanning probe for reverse engineering activities. From time to time I also worked on CNC milling machines to complete the daily production. As a Ducati Performance partner company, we used to reproduce all those components that would later be mounted on the latest motorbike models. We also collaborated with other small/medium-sized local companies in the production of special parts. IT: Produzione di pezzi aftermarket nel settore Automotive. Ruolo di Junior Designer nel reparto ricerca e sviluppo; lavoravo a stretto contatto con il team per portare sul mercato prodotti sempre all’avanguardia. Eseguivo quotidianamente scansioni 3D attraverso il braccio di misura Edge, equipaggiato con la sonda di scansione Laser Line Probe per attività di reverse engineering. Saltuariamente lavoravo anche sulle frese CNC per completare la produzione giornaliera. Come azienda-partner Ducati Performance riproducevamo tutti quei componenti che sarebbero poi stati montati sugli ultimi modelli di moto. Collaboravamo inoltre con altre piccole/medie imprese territoriali nella produzione di pezzi speciali. Show less
