  • Video Production/Motion Graphics/Graphic Design ~ Created, developed and managed a full, in-house video production and graphic design department, performing every function from concept thru delivery. The videos consisted of short-form, story-driven/marketing/news content pieces, instructional videos (standard lecture capture, one-off/special training, how-to’s, etc.) and long-form student and VIP event shoots. The graphic design assets supported the video productions and extended to all the collateral used in every channel for print, mobile and the web. In addition, a significant part of my responsibility was in driving a strong level of branding consistency, working with everyone in all the departments within the business school, providing the direction and the assets to keep them on track and maintain a unified identity to present to a worldwide audience. Once delivered, these projects fed directly into the overall marketing of the school, as recruitment efforts for prospective students, new hires for staffing positions, faculty recruitment and for donor outreach. • Production Management ~ Recruiting and managing student workers for media projects, collaborating with all IBS departments, the campus Office of Communications, the Film/Television/Interactive Media program and with external video companies. • Project Management ~ Manage infrastructure improvement projects. Evaluating project needs; choosing vendors/contractors, budgets and costs, time tables, coordinating alternative spaces during repairs/installs. • Technology Management ~ Oversee all classroom/conference room technology. Working with contractors, vendors, software/hardware companies to facilitate installation and repair/maintenance.   Music/Hometheater System Design, DSP Programming and Video Projection Specialist for a high-end audio/hometheater specialty shop. Like any retailer of high-end goods and services, Audio Visions/Ensemble took great care in creating relationships with our customers that went beyond simply selling merchandise and providing basic customer service. Our clients came to us because these are people who are passionate about the music they listen to and the movies they love to watch and they were willing to spend a great deal of their income on the finest in music and hometheater systems. We understood that passion and went above and beyond in helping them to achieve the experience they were seeking. • System Design ~ As a System Designer, my responsibility was to recommend, design, assemble and demonstrate a selection of music and hometheater systems for our clients both in-store and at their homes. After the customers purchase, we would then deliver and install the final system. Follow-up calls and visits were a very important part of the whole level of service that we provided, truly solidifying a satisfying and lasting relationship with our clients. • Programming ~ My function as a Programmer of the DSP engines used in some of the latest digital music and hometheater systems was in the configuration needed to properly tune and calibrate these components/systems based on the type of room and listening needs of the customer. • Video Projection Specialist ~ My responsibility as a Video Projection Specialist was not only in the installation and calibration of the video projectors we sold but to also establish close relationships with the companies producing high-end video projectors/processors. At the time, the technology was rapidly evolving so it was very crucial for us to constantly stay on top of these trends and roadmaps so that we could recommend the best solutions for our customers, both to service their current needs as well as to prepare for future upgrades.
