Jakub was one of my Senior Engineers during his time at Fujitsu. I found him to be an excellent team member, always helpful and willing to go that extra mile. His technical skills are excellent, not just in Virtualisation, but also in all Wintel related areas. He was able to look a complex problems, break them down and provide solutions. Jakub is a very knowledgeable and experienced Infrastructure Architect, for virtual infrastructure deployments. I worked with Jakub on his first position in Australia moving from Poland, he was extremely knowledgeable about all IT infrastructure design especially VMware vSphere and other VMware products, SRM for example. For the Salmat customer Jacub designed and implemented a FlexPod stack solution using VMware and Netapp best practices. Jacub designed and implemented a VMware vCOPS solution as well. Since the successful large project at Salmat he has improved his written communication skills and his architecture design knowledge has improved further. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jakub in for any Infrastructure Architect positions especially if there is a requirement for a little technical hands-on. He is always willing to learn about new deployments in Enterprise IT and seeking possibilities to optimally use modern IT technologies to deliver features requested by customer.
