Diamond Parking has over 98 years of parking management experience, making Diamond the oldest privately owned parking company worldwide. Every day, seven days a week, 24/7, we continue to draw on the substance and depth of decades of experience to assist property owners and building managers to develop comprehensive plans for maximizing their parking potential. As the City Manager I am tasked with all local operations from staffing to revenue generation. In 2016, my first full year, our office earned the "Turn Around City" award, which recognizes the city with the largest percentage revenue increase. In 2018, we earned the 'Prospector's' award for finding and purchasing new properties. Most recently, our office won the 2019 Operations of the Year award.
