Target Field, Minneapolis, Minnesota In March of 2013, I was promoted to sous chef at Target Field, home of the MN Twins. When I assumed the role, I was in charge of the premium suites. After 2 years, I was asked to take over the 3 restaurants in the ballpark. In 2017, I was in charge of both an all inclusive club and a full service restaurant for season ticket holders. In 2018, I opened the Bat and Barrel space, a full service restaurant. This restaurant took the place of the season ticket holder club.
