For almost nine years Monique had a steady trajectory of promotions and contributions in our shared organization. Her colleagues' feedback is that she did the work of 3 people, with consistency and grace. She "showed up" no matter the pressure. Monique is the best sort of sponge - she soaked up every bit of knowledge and information that she could gather to be as effective as possible. Plus , as a sponge, she was never "wrung out" or worn down. She embraced every assignment and made the project better and reflected this practice at every level of responsibility. Her efforts to grow the business resulted in a more than 35% increase in the annual annuitized revenue stream. Monique is both teachable and a teacher. Her contributions to strategic, DEIB, and culture projects were always calm, steady, diplomatic and honest. Her skills as a fundraiser - being plain-spoken, insightful and curious have been very inspiring. She is one of the most self-aware professionals that I know. Organizations and people that work with Monique should expect her involvement to "float all boats". She is a tremendous asset for purpose-driven organizations. I would look for any opportunity to work with her again.
