Amador was a collegue of mine at Eli Lilly and at Coca-Cola Bottlers Phils. During our time together, Amador demonstrated excellent analytical and planning skills as well as a keen attention to detail, and these qualities enabled him to provide valuable contributions to the objectives of both companies. With his flexibility and swift ability to learn new systems, Amador delivered results within a brief period as he assumed roles of increasing significance. I have no doubt that Amador will prove to be an asset to whatever organization he becomes part of.

I had the great pleasure of working with Amador during one of the most rigorous parts of the CMA program. I witnessed an extremely hard working and productive individual who, month after month, remained consistent and true to his goal. Amador's financial experience and technical abilities proved key to our teams success. Being in a small group meant Amador had to take on more than just financially related roles. He was often the source of team cohesion and logical reasoning. Even amongst professionals, his managerial style was effective. The team trusted in his opinion; an opinion that was often sought when hard decisions had to be made. It is not often you meet and have the chance to work with this caliber of person. I truly hope some day that I will be able to work with Amador again.
