Vinnie Moraes, MSc

Jairo is attending the same Master's Degree program I am, here in Vancouver. He is a high-achieving, natural-born Project Manager, approaching the many challenges of life as projects, according to the best practices of the PMBOK: phases, groups, etc. We even had a lessons learned session as part of the closing process of our Spring Term at the University. Jairo mastered restraints of scope, time, quality and risk this Spring Term at school. Thus, his deliveries, both team and individual ones, were exceptional. As for soft skills, Jairo has proven flawlessly reliable and timely, and definitely a team player. I am glad to recommend Jairo as a Project Manager to organizations that want to deliver with excellence taking into account the project restraints brought by the PMBOK.
