Melissa is a proven leader in public relations and strategic communication projects. She excels in verbal and written communication as well as campaigns meant to enact powerful dialogues of change. She is especially effective in academia and public sector work, and a valuable asset to any organization managing public perception.

Yuli Cannon, Ph.D.

I worked with Melissa when we both supported the implementation of an enterprise-wide Procurement and Third-Party Modernization (TPRM) Program at a large financial institution. Melissa joined the effort as a consultant during the execution phase and immediately began to support the implementation of various change management and communication strategies and tactics. Specifically, she oversaw the development and distribution of a weekly TPRM newsletter with outreach to the enterprise community. This effort required her to engage leadership and process owners from various parts of TPRM Program (e.g., Procurement, Governance, IT, Executive leadership). During that time, Melissa became an integral part of the Change Management and Communications Team on the effort that required a high degree of collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise. To foster adoption of the modernization program that frequently changed in scope, Melissa diligently and timely highlighted multiple emerging change-level risks and discussed mitigating strategies with the TPRM Executive Sponsor. She led the production of a video to highlight a program milestone and supported the planning and communication related to a Town Hall meeting. The excellent work Melissa delivered on a daily basis allowed her to contribute to the overall success of the program
