  - Played an integral role in the successful migration of the CourseSource website to the QUBES platform, implementing user-centered design principles to significantly enhance usability and user experience. - Designed and coded robust macros using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, and jQuery, empowering users to effortlessly incorporate interactive widgets onto web pages. - Spearheaded the redesign and refactoring of the main QUBES publication record view, employing AJAX to enhance usability and elevate the overall user experience. - Designed and implemented enhancements to the QUBES search and browse functionality of publications, following the MVC architecture and leveraging PHP, jQuery, AJAX, and Solr. Successfully deployed the solution to all partner projects, enabling seamless integration of the feature into their websites. - Currently collaborating with a partner project to drive the redesign, functionality expansion, and enhanced usability of the publication submission and peer review system, facilitating a seamless and efficient workflow for authors, reviewers, editors, managing editors, and editors-in-chief.   - Led the end-to-end design, coding, and implementation of the main QUBES website redesign (built upon a CMS from HubZero) leveraging HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Achieving 30% growth in new site users. - Conceptualized and employed prototyping software (Sketch) to create comprehensive wireframes and mock-ups, effectively presenting innovative redesigns to the Leadership Team. - Designed and implemented front-facing views for modules displaying a user's groups, projects, and collections, integrating them into a mini dashboard to enhance navigability and streamline access to relevant information. - Designed and developed the views for the new Partner and FMN (Faculty Mentoring Network) components, an application that enables leadership to add/edit partner projects and FMN projects to the database and displaying them seamlessly on the website. Utilized HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP to create an interactive and visually appealing user interface. - Conducted comprehensive user experience studies to evaluate the effectiveness of the QUBES site redesign in terms of navigability and alignment with the organization's identity and mission. - Served as the dedicated web developer for five partner projects, providing customized templates for their supergroup websites. - Proactively and efficiently address and resolve issues reported through QUBES support ticketing system, providing timely solutions to both leadership and QUBES partners.
